This is for people who are ready but do not want to do it in isolation. It fits if you want the Vindec Method in community, are tired of performing, need real structure and accountability, and are ready to be witnessed while you practice.
This is a transformation container, not a passive support group. It brings structure, witnesses, and momentum to work that can feel raw, emotional, and deeply personal. You will practice boundaries and action with real-time feedback alongside people who genuinely get it.
We move through the same six steps together: Reveal the Root, Own the Voice, Clarify the Vision, Set the Boundaries, Walk It Real, and Rebuild With Purpose. Each step is learned, practiced, reflected on, and integrated in community.
Six to eight live 90-minute group coaching calls, a small group capped at 8–12 participants, personalized worksheets, guided reflection prompts, a private cohort space, optional guest expertise, recordings, and lifetime access to materials.
Bring your attention and your honesty. Complete the reflection, participate when it is your turn, offer presence to others, and remain open to the discomfort that comes with telling the truth. This work gives back what you are willing to bring to it.
The cohort runs for 12 weeks, with weekly or bi-weekly calls and integration time between modules. Dates are announced for each round; if a cohort is not active, join the waitlist to be the first to know when applications open.
This is part of a larger movement toward healing out loud: people walking in truth while holding space for one another. Hearing someone else name a block can help you recognize your own; shared practice makes courage more possible.
First, you apply so we can understand fit and commitment. Then you receive a response, enroll if accepted, enter the shared container, move through the six steps, and close with integration and a clear understanding of what comes next.
Pay in full: $1,350.00 for 12 weeks, six to eight live calls, a private group, and lifetime access. A two-payment plan is also available. Limited scholarship or sliding-scale places may be available for people facing financial barriers; mention this in your application.
Group coaching is not clinical care or crisis support. If you need a higher level of support, you will be referred to appropriate resources. You are never forced to share; confidentiality, consent, and pacing are set from the first session.
