Clear answers, without pressure to move faster than you are ready to.

Is this therapy?
No. Vindec EU provides trauma-informed coaching, not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. If therapy or other clinical care is a safer fit, I will encourage you to seek the right professional support.
What happens in 1:1 coaching?
The 12-week coaching partnership includes six one-hour conversations, guided reflection, practical materials, and integration time. We focus on patterns, voice, values, boundaries, and aligned action at a pace that respects your capacity.
Can coaching complement therapy?
Many people use coaching alongside therapy. Coaching does not replace clinical care; it can offer a structured space to translate reflection into values-led, real-world practice. Consider discussing your support plan with your care provider.
How is group coaching different?
Group coaching uses the same broad themes in a shared setting, with guided practice, reflection, accountability, and peer connection. It can be a good fit if you want to learn in community and feel comfortable participating at your own pace.
What if I am not ready to go deep?
You do not need to force a decision. Start with the free Root Belief Audit or the Resource Hub, then take one honest next step. Consent and pacing matter here.
How quickly will I feel different?
There is no guaranteed timeline. Some people notice an early shift in clarity; lasting change usually requires reflection, practice, and integration over time.
How do I know if this is a fit?
Book a consult or send a note. We can talk about what you are looking for, whether coaching is appropriate, and what next step makes sense—without pressure to enroll.
What if I need urgent support?
Vindec EU does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

One honest step can change the next one.
