About Stefan & Vindec EU

I know the survival loop. I know the work it takes to leave it.

Vindec EU is trauma-informed coaching for people who want a more honest, self-led way forward.

The origin

This didn't start as a business plan. It started as survival.

And then a question: What if healing didn't have to be this lonely?

I spent years in survival mode. The kind where you're functional on the outside: working, showing up, holding it together—but dying on the inside. I carried emotional weight I didn't have language for. I repeated patterns I couldn't name. I felt stuck between burnout and breakthrough, waiting for permission to want more.

I found tools. I found therapy. I found language. But I didn't find a path—something that bridged the gap between understanding what happened and rebuilding what comes next. Something that was honest about the mess, structured enough to finish, and real enough to trust.

So I built it.

I heal: present tense, active voice, ongoing work.

Why the name Vindec EU

Vindec EU comes from the Romanian phrase meaning “I heal.” Not “I healed” in the past tense. Not “you'll be healed” as a promise. I heal: present tense, active voice, ongoing work.

This platform was born from the belief that healing isn't a luxury—it's a necessity. Especially for entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders who are constantly expected to push forward, no matter what they're carrying inside.

How the work takes shape

Through live panels, real conversations, storytelling events, and one-on-one coaching, I hold space for the moments most people hide: burnout, anxiety, trauma, imposter syndrome, PTSD, and suicide recovery. Together, we explore how to build something meaningful without losing yourself in the process.

That became the Vindec Method™: six steps, twelve weeks, and integration built in. A structured path from survival mode to self-led purpose.

What I learned

Most people aren't broken. They're just buried under survival patterns, shame, and narratives they never chose. When you give them structure, permission, and a witness who won't let them quit, they finish. And they transform.

That's what this is. That's why it exists.

How I hold the work

The work is paced, consent-led, and grounded in honest conversation. Coaching is not therapy or crisis support; when clinical care is a safer fit, I encourage and support an appropriate referral.

Who this space is for

This space is for adults who feel caught between burnout and possibility: creatives, overthinkers, entrepreneurs, and anyone ready to understand their patterns, reclaim their voice, and take a meaningful next step.

One honest step can change the next one.
